Beveling

Beveling Capabilities: 5/16" through 9" plate with maximum bevel depth of 3 1/2"

Plate Burning

Three state-of-the-art, tight tolerance, production burning machines which utilize 'Tru Hole' technology. Cutting capabilities include either plasma or Oxy-Fuel. From 18 ga through 9" thickness.

Leveling

Two state-of-the-art cut-to-length hydraulic leveling lines, utilizing inter-changeable cassettes, which allow for a complete thickness range to level 'Panel Flat', quality sheet and plate. Capabilities from 30 ga through 5/16" thick and widths from 24" through 72".

Saw Cutting

Four state-of-the-art production saws utilizing mitre-cutting capabilities, 24" maximum. Standard tolerances + or - 1/16". Tighter tolerances upon request.

Shearing

Two Cincinnati shears with capabilities of 22 ga through 1/4" and 72" wide x 168" long. Custom tolerances upon request.
